Serving the Lord

The Lord has blessed us as congregation with many talents and gifts. And as one people we are seeking to serve the Lord in His service. We serve the Lord in many areas in the church from the Sunday worship service to serving in committees that seek to extend His kingdom and through participating in the activities organized by the church.

One area that we are focusing is the outreach program of the church. As a church we are seeking to reach out to the AMK neighbourhood through serving them. One such effort is the Sinda Reading Program, where the Indian children in the community are encouraged to pick up reading skills. The church is seeking to house a Sinda Reading Center through which we want to share our love for the AMK community

Another area where we are serving is in our efforts to help improve the prospects brothers from India who are working the heavy industries such as construction and shipyard. Efforts are being made to start English and computer classes for them.
